Industrial ventilator is one of the widely used devices in various industries, which is responsible for moving and transferring air in the environment and guarantees the health and safety of all employees and people in the industrial environment. This ventilator is produced in two types, centrifugal and axial, and is one of the most basic tools and equipment in the work environment. In general, it can be said that an industrial ventilator is a mechanical device that brings fresh air from the open space into the environment and replaces it with polluted air inside the industrial place.
How industrial ventilation works
An industrial fan consists of a rotating set of blades or vanes that move. A set of vanes and an impeller is called a rotor or a runner. Ventilator components are usually placed inside a type of enclosure that increases safety and is driven by an electric motor, hydraulic motor, or internal combustion engine. Fans produce air flow with high volume and low pressure and are the exact opposite of the compressor. The ventilator blades rotate when exposed to the air flow and transfer the polluted air from the indoor environment to the outside.
Application of Industrial Venus
🔸 Permanent evacuation of air and gas in the environment
🔸 Emission of combustion gas from the environment
🔸 Ventilation to the environment
🔸 Evacuation of smoke from the environment
🔸 Movement of particles
🔸 Systems Refrigerating and cooling
Reducing humidity in the environment
Air conditioning in restaurants and cooking centers
Air conditioning in food and beverage factories
Air conditioning in greenhouses and swimming pools
Air conditioning The air pollution in industrial factories is high. Petrochemical industries, steel and non-ferrous metal industries, cement production industries, mining and mining industries, etc.
